PAYMENT METHOD

This page explains the payment methods available for purchases from FluxxNeon. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment availability may vary depending on the customer's location, currency, order value, device, and payment-provider requirements.

1. PAY WITH PAYPAL

Customers may use PayPal when it is displayed as an available payment option at checkout. Depending on PayPal's availability and the customer's location, payment may be completed using:

  • A PayPal account;
  • A credit card;
  • A debit card; or
  • An eligible bank account linked to PayPal.

After selecting PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorize and complete the transaction. Once complete, you will be returned to the FluxxNeon checkout or order confirmation page.

Benefits of Using PayPal: Your complete financial details are securely handled through PayPal's system. FluxxNeon does not receive or store your PayPal login credentials. Eligible purchases may also be covered by protections offered under PayPal's applicable terms.

2. PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS

FluxxNeon accepts major credit and debit cards displayed at checkout, which typically include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Other card types supported by our secure payment gateway

Card payments are securely processed through SSL-encrypted payment gateways. FluxxNeon does not directly store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.

Before submitting payment, please verify:

  • The cardholder name and card number
  • The expiration date and CVC security code
  • The billing address matching your card issuer's records
  • The order amount and billing currency (USD)

3. PAYMENT SECURITY AND VERIFICATION

We prioritize your account safety. To protect customers against unauthorized transactions or fraud, we or our payment processors may request reasonable verification for flagged orders, such as:

  • Confirmation of the billing or shipping address;
  • Verification that the account holder authorized the payment;
  • Additional proof permitted by law to prevent fraud.

4. CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEES

All prices listed on FluxxNeon are displayed and billed in United States Dollars (USD).

If you are placing an order from outside the United States using a non-USD credit card or bank account, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee. These fees are determined and collected directly by your card issuer/bank and are not controlled or retained by FluxxNeon.

5. DECLINED CARD PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined at checkout, please try the following steps:

  • Double-check all card details (card number, expiration, CVC, and billing address).
  • Contact your bank or credit card company to ensure international or online transactions are permitted on your card.
  • Try completing your purchase using PayPal as an alternative payment method.
