1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All orders are processed and crafted with care before dispatch:

• Standard Lighting Products & Accessories: Processed within 1–2 business days.
• Custom LED Neon Signs: Handcrafted products require a production and testing period of 3–5 business days before shipment.

Note: Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer global shipping. Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your shipping destination and the product type:

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking information will become active and updated within 24–48 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

FluxxNeon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Wrong Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@fluxxneon.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
• Damaged Parcels: If your sign or light arrives damaged or broken during transit, please take photos/videos of the package and damaged item immediately and contact us at support@fluxxneon.com for a free replacement.
