REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At FluxxNeon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our LED neon signs and lighting products. Below is our clear and transparent refund and return policy.

1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD (STANDARD PRODUCTS)

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible, standard (non-customized) products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Due to the unique nature of custom LED neon signs (personalized text, custom logos, unique sizing, and specific backing cuts):

• Non-returnable for Remorse: Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded simply due to a change of mind, incorrect customer input during ordering, or customer remorse.
• Defective or Damaged Custom Goods: If your custom sign arrives damaged, defective, broken during transit, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly issue a free replacement sign or a full refund upon verification.

3. RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@fluxxneon.com or gateways@fluxxneon.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
